CREST is the trading entity of Bonnie Vale Pty Ltd, under the direction of Craig & Rejeana Green who bring a wealth of industry experience and knowledge to the creation and development of a state wide chain of CREST branded Management Rights businesses, with sites planned for various regional locations around WA in the next few years.

Through past trading entities the directors of CREST have developed the Management Rights to the Mandurah Holiday Village, and the Mandurah Motel & Apartments.
Through CREST’s consultancy department, they are currently working with the landlords of the Busselton River Resort to establish an onsite Management Rights business to improve the management and profitability of that property.

CREST doesn’t shy away from strata properties in trouble and has a working knowledge of the complexities of the Strata Titles Act.
CREST aims to work with the landlords and the Strata to turn the property around or to start it from scratch and develop it to become a professionally managed, financially viable and successful strata property, in the short stay market.

As CREST continues to grow a Strata Management arm is also to be developed.
